TRAINING BASICS


These exercises form the basis of Todd’s training program. They are designed to keep your body in alignment, so you can lift weights, run, swim, bike, etc without creating negative compensation within your body. During your appointment with Todd, you will do intense strength training with weight equipment, while holding your body in alignment and re-setting your nervous system patterns.
